We accept Employer-Sponsored PPO, DPPO, PDP, POS & Indemnity plans from major insurance companies (sorry we are not a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Federal, HMO & DMO plans). If you don’t see your insurance company listed below, please contact us.
With Non-Employer Sponsored plans, payment in full is due at time of appointment & we file your claims with your insurance to send the reimbursements directly to you.
If you don’t have insurance, we offer fair, affordable fees & financing. Please see our receptionist when you visit us.

Most plans include coinsurance provisions and co-pays, a deductible, and certain other expenses that must be paid by the patient at the time service is rendered. Patients are responsible for knowing the requirements of their plans. If you don’t have insurance, we offer fair, affordable fees and financing. We also offer a flexible payment plan.
